Availability Target
- We target high availability for core services (reference target: 99.9% monthly uptime) and continuously improve monitoring and operations.
- Scope includes main site access and key functionality. Third-party dependencies (such as CDN/WAF/cloud services) may impact availability.
Planned Maintenance
- Planned maintenance is arranged in off-peak windows whenever possible, with advance notice.
- Temporary access limitations or performance fluctuations may occur during maintenance.
Exceptions
- Force majeure, major internet outages, third-party infrastructure incidents, and user-side network/device issues are excluded from availability calculations.
- If third-party incidents occur, we disclose impact and progress when possible.
Status and Communication
- We publish service status, known issues, and remediation progress, and provide follow-up notes for major incidents.
